This workshop is for those who have never taken a pole dance class before.  This Workshop Covers Intro Level Pole Dance Fundamentals. Class will begin with a warm-up. You’ll then learn beginner pole basics. Class will end with a cool down stretch. Wear form fitted clothing that exposes the lower legs such as shorts and a tank top or t-shirt. No street clothes or jewelry. Do not apply any lotions or oils to your skin prior to class. You will need a towel, water and yoga mat or sneakers for the warmup. Masks are Mandatory. Screenings are Required. No experience necessary. PRICE: $30.00

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: After we receive your RSVP you will be automatically added to our waitlist. You will receive an email invitation from "SignNow" to complete your required documents in order to complete your registration and to attend and participate in class. The Invitation expires in 3 days. If your invitation expires, a convenience fee will be charged to resend invitation. Once SignNow documents are completed you will receive an invoice to pay for your spot in class. Invoices are due upon receipt and cancel after 24 hours. If invoice cancels, a convenice fee will be charged to resend invoice. Once all documents are completed and invoices are paid you will be added to the class roster as "Going". If your SignNow invitation expires and your invoice is canceled and you still wish to attend, convenience fees and invoices must be paid and all documents must be completed before class registration ends.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY: No make ups for missed or canceled workshops. Workshops are subject to cancellation due to low registration. If you are more than 15 minutes late your reservation will be automatically canceled. No Call No Shows forfeit all monies paid and will not be allowed to reschedule. Reservations are subject to cancellation if ALL required documents are not completed and invoices are not paid prior to event. If reservation cancels for any reason a new reservation must be made and a convenience fee will be charged. All services expire 30 days after purchase. Absolutely No Refunds or Exchanges.
