About the Event
Stretching is an important part of getting in shape and staying fit. Together we will be stretching our hamstrings, quads, and opening up our hips to one day perform the splits or over splits. We will also be stretching our back and other major joins for overall body flexibility, making pole work easier and improve injury prevention. Stretching is also the perfect way to wine down from your busy work week. Wear form fitted clothing that covers the legs. You will need a towel, water and a yoga mat.
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Please Check and Read ALL your emails. Your confirmation including your next steps, "Sign Now" invitation to complete your required documents, class information, date, time and location are all disclosed.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: After registration you will receive an email invitation from "Sign Now" to complete your required documents in order to complete your reservation and attend and participate in class. The Invitation expires in 3 days. If your invitation expires we assume you no longer wish to attend and your reservation will be automatically canceled. If you still wish to attend a new reservation must be made. Reservation must be made before class registration ends. If reservation ends a request must be submitted and a convenience fee will be charged.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY: No make ups for missed or canceled workshops. Workshops are subject to cancellation due to low registration. If you are more than 15 minutes late your reservation will be automatically canceled. No Call No Shows forfeit all monies paid and will not be allowed to reschedule. Reservations are subject to cancellation if ALL required documents are not completed prior to event. If reservation cancels for any reason a new reservation must be made and a convenience fee will be charged. All services expire 30 days after purchase. Absolutely No Refunds or Exchanges.
